Presidential Decree N°2025/040 of 12 February 2025 orders the revocation of Mining Permit N°33, initially granted to GEOVIC CAMEROON S.A., covering the extraction of cobalt, nickel, and related substances, pursuant to Decree N°2003/077 of 11 April 2003.
