CEMAC Court of Justice – Overview

1. The Institutional Framework

The Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC), comprising Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea, promotes economic integration and monetary cooperation. Its legal architecture is based on the Revised CEMAC Treaty, the Additive Institutional Treaty, and the Convention Regulating the Community Court of Justice (5 July 1996).
